Shoreline Mayor Will Hall, on behalf of the Shoreline City Council, will discuss the State of the City and answer your questions. Learn about how the City responded to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City's current and future financial position, and what the coming year holds for Shoreline
Speaker Bio
Will Hall has served on the Shoreline City Council for twelve years, including four as Mayor. He served on Shoreline's Planning Commission for six years including terms as Vice Chair and Chair.
He is a member of the Puget Sound Partnership Leadership Council, which oversees the important and complex work to protect and restore Puget Sound. He previously served on the Association of Washington Cities Board of Directors, the Economic Development Council of Seattle and King County, the King County Regional Policy Committee, the Puget Sound Partnership Ecosystem Coordination Board, the Southern Resident Orca Task Force, and on the boards of regional and national environmental organizations. His professional experience includes stormwater management, environmental planning, public policy, teaching, consulting, and owning a small business. He volunteered as a scout leader and soccer coach. Will has a bachelors degree from the University of Chicago and masters degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Washington. Will and his wife Laurie Lindblad grew up in King County and have lived in Shoreline for over twenty years. They enjoy hiking, skiing, scuba diving, and the sheer beauty of the mountains and waters that surround our region.
